- Depression Prevention in Schools
Nadja Reilly, Ph.D.
Depression can have a significant impact on students. Academic progress, as well as social and behavioral difficulties can often occur while a child faces depression. This conference will review depression from a developmental perspective. Participants will gain knowledge related to a range of interventions—from prevention to treatment, to programming following a psychiatric hospitalization. Examples of how to work with parents will also be discussed.
